What size screen do you need?
The size shown for each variant refers to the screen dimensions, not your window or frame size. To find the right fit, you need two measurements: the inside of the frame opening (the clear gap, with no frame) and the outside of the frame.
The screen should be at least 1 inch wider and taller than the inside of the frame opening. This accounts for the velcro band (approximately ½ inch wide) that runs along the edges and attaches the screen to the frame. The screen should not exceed the outside frame dimensions, as the velcro needs enough frame surface to adhere to.

Step 1
Clean the window frame thoroughly.
Use a damp cloth to remove any dust or grease. Let the surface dry completely before applying the adhesive.
Step 2
Apply the adhesive Velcro strip.
Peel off the backing and stick the self-adhesive Velcro all around the edges of your window frame. Press firmly along the strip to ensure it sticks well.
Step 3
Attach the mesh screen.
Line up the Velcro side of the mesh with the Velcro strip on the frame and press it into place. It holds firmly but can be removed and reattached when needed.
Your screen is now installed! You can open and close your window freely while keeping mosquitoes and bugs out.

So I don’t review items often. But this one was outstanding. I used to have a screen over a skylight was held by magnetic strips on a solid frame affixed to the wooden window frame with a sticky tape. Once the room got too hot in summer, it became to peel off since the magnets on the plastic frame were too heavy. This Velcro product is definitely the answer—it’s super lightweight so it can handle the shallow pitch of the ceiling with the skylight, and the adhesive is extremely strong. Very pleased with this option, and if you need something for a skylight that doesn’t break the bank, and can be repeatedly peeled back to open the skylight, even though this review might be somewhat of a niche product, this is definitely it.

Really solid product! Very strong velcro seal. Was a bit hesitant when other reviews complained that the tape wasn't sticky and fell off but mine is really strong & has not budged on my window frame. The set up was made as easy as could be by the seller and the hard part (measuring & cutting out the exact dimension of the mesh) was not to do with the product itself. They even included an actual stapler in the box in case you didn't have one yourself to secure the velcro further. The mesh is also really fine and doesn't obscure my view. All around, super happy with this product!!!

Perfect for my front door that has glass insert. My kitties would go through the wrought iron design and escape when I would open the glass insert to get fresh air in the house . I took time and care to measure correctly. Then I cut it slowly and stuck on the hook-and-loop strips ("Velcro"). I reinforced it with staples, as recommended, and it works great to keep bugs out of a bedroom. The room has a window a very odd size, and we just needed something quick and easy so we could have the window open. This isn't a product for a fancy showroom, as it does look a little clumsy and bulky. But it lies pretty flat against the window frame and sticks well. It might suffer from being opened and closed too much, but we don't do that. It also does take some thinking to cut it correctly, so take your time. I was super happy to find this DIY solution.

Measure area where you want screen- cut screen- then put the Velcro that folds in half on- then lay the Velcro part on the other Velcro and cut to size- keep it all together and peel stick each individual side, that way you can tighten it up
