What size screen do you need?
The size shown for each variant refers to the screen dimensions, not your window or frame size. To find the right fit, you need two measurements: the inside of the frame opening (the clear gap, with no frame) and the outside of the frame.
The screen should be at least 1 inch wider and taller than the inside of the frame opening. This accounts for the velcro band (approximately ½ inch wide) that runs along the edges and attaches the screen to the frame. The screen should not exceed the outside frame dimensions, as the velcro needs enough frame surface to adhere to.

Step 1
Clean the window frame thoroughly.
Use a damp cloth to remove any dust or grease. Let the surface dry completely before applying the adhesive.
Step 2
Apply the adhesive Velcro strip.
Peel off the backing and stick the self-adhesive Velcro all around the edges of your window frame. Press firmly along the strip to ensure it sticks well.
Step 3
Attach the mesh screen.
Line up the Velcro side of the mesh with the Velcro strip on the frame and press it into place. It holds firmly but can be removed and reattached when needed.
Your screen is now installed! You can open and close your window freely while keeping mosquitoes and bugs out.

I have always purchased these to keep out flies and allow my dog to enjoy our fenced in yard on nice days but this is by yard the best one I have ever purchased. The quality is amazing. We love this screen. It's helped open the home up to fresh air that we weren't able to experience before without lots of insects (particulary wasps) coming into the home. I do wish there was a way to make it seal tighter at the bottom when desired so we could leave the door open overnight and not have any insects be able to crawl underneath. However, I do understand why it's not designed that way for walking through. Still if it had that I would give it a perfect 5 star rating. It's easy to install and use. We only had it up for about a month, but the durability seems strong and the magnets work well.

Very impressed with this item. We had an outside door that opened out. We were looking to get a screen door that some one would install for us. It was getting expensive. I was buying the magic mesh brand, and my dog was chewing them up just as fast as I was hanging them. They would blow open in the wind, and he would catch it and chew it up. This had reviews from people who said their dog wasn't chewing it up and it's more sturdy. Sure enough, it is! He has put some chew tooth holes in the mesh, however it barely just made the holes in the mesh bigger. There are more than enough magnets in the middle closure, it's very secure. The mesh is very heavy duty. It feels more sturdy. I have had it up almost 2 months and it is still holding up!! The dog is now leaving it alone (I guess it isn't fun to chew), there are more magnets than the brand named mesh, so it closes very easily and tight. The brand name had gaps between the magnets... this one is like one big magnet there are so many! I did put two nails in the top to help hold it onto the door, however I am thinking I probably didn't need to do that. However, this seems to be a permanent screen door for us! My dog isn't chewing it up! I LOVE it. It feels so sturdy too. I highly, highly recommend this!!!

I live in an apartment with one door and no screen. My wife likes to have the door open when she’s in the kitchen and used to use magic mesh for past 3 years. We needed a new one and this is a significant upgrade. Much more sturdy screen material, the velcro is more than enough to go around, comes with pins for reinforcement easy to install. The best part is the magnetic strip along the middle, it does not have the holes the others has so there’s no bugs that come through but we still get fresh air.

These magnetic screens are phenomenal if you have kids and dogs. I love that it gives Them the ease to come and go outside and I don’t have to worry about all the bugs making their way indoors. They are made of a thick, durable material and the magnetic safe incredibly strong and click back together instantly. My puppy has jumped up on them with her super sharp puppy claws and it didn’t even make the slightest tear! I would recommend taking them down during the winter to aid in longevity. The sticky Velcro provided is very strong and the additional tacks are excellent ensure they are securely fasted to the door frame.

I love these screens....I ordered two. One for each door. Our home attracts lots of birds and bugs. This screen keeps both out but let's the air go through it. The only downside is that it didn't stick to my doorway without the tacks included. Good quality and has held up well over the past two months. It has become my puppies new doggie door. This door screen is just so cool. It is everything it is advertised to be! I works great, is really strong and really well made and just so easy to put it up. I put it up by myself. Be sure you give it a test drive dry run just to get a feel for how it's gonna go once you stick the tape on. It is somewhat forgiving and you can lift it off a bit to scoot it over while your sticking it down if you need to. Be careful to keep an eye on the center where the magnets come together. It's easy to accidentally create a permanent gap if you get it too snug. It is fairly easy to put up but it takes a little planning and forsight. It's not brain surgery but it's more than pulling a sliver. Be sure to remove that tape backing bit by bit as you go so it doesn't start sticking to itself. I did half the top first and then the other half. Then I started down the sides bit by bit working evenly on both sides keeping an eye on the center where the magnets are to avoid pulling them open. I am really, really pleased with it. I'm sure it will last for ages, it's that well made.

Works better than the external magnet type you will find at various dollar type stores. Keeps closed without any adjustment. Soft half of the Velcro is attached to the complete edge of the screen so all you need to do is attach the stiff half of the Velcro (it’s included) to your door frame edge. Works well for us and this is the second one we’ve had. Misplaced the first on over the winter season but it worked so well it was a no-brainer to buy again.
